Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. However, we require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations may incur a small fee, depending on the notice period and equipment availability.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services for an additional fee. Let us know your location, and we’ll arrange the logistics. Delivery charges vary based on distance and equipment type.

What happens if the equipment gets damaged?

Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. If equipment is damaged, we will assess the repair costs, which may be deducted from the security deposit. If the repair cost exceeds the deposit, the customer must cover the additional expenses.

Do you offer weekend hire discounts?

Yes! We offer weekend hire discounts of 20-30% for equipment picked up on Friday and returned by Monday morning. This is a great option for customers who need extra time to complete their projects without paying for additional days.

Is insurance included with the hire?

No, equipment hire does not include insurance. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if your policy covers rented equipment. Alternatively, we can provide guidance on external coverage options.
